Knitting-Warehouse does not collect Sales or Use Tax in all US States and Territories.

In the event Knitting-Warehouse does not charge you tax on purchases you may be responsible in your state or territory to pay tax on those purchases.

The purchase is not exempt from US State or US Territory sales or use tax merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means.

Many US States and Territories require purchasers to (A) report all purchases that are taxable in their State or Territory and for which no tax was collected at the time of purchase by the retailer and (B) requires you to file a use tax return and pay use tax on those purchases.
