Processing Time:
Due to issues resulting from Corona Virus mandates and reduced staff our processing time has been temporarily increased to 4-7 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Most orders take up to 4-7 business days (Monday-Friday) to process - from the time your order is received by our warehouse for the order to be processed, packed, and ready for shipping. Please note: shipping time is in addition to the processing time. If you select 2 day air or 3 day air, that only applies to the shipping time, and your order will still take up to 4-7 business days to process.

DHL SM Parcel Plus Expedited - Shipping Charges are calculated based on estimated dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is greater, plus handling fees.
DHL DDP/Canada - Shipping Charges are calculated based on estimated dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is greater, plus handling fees.
FedEx Smart Post - Shipping Charges are calculated based on estimated dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is greater, plus handling fees.
FedEx Ground - Shipping Charges are calculated using Real-Time rates plus handling fees.
FedEx 2Day Expedited - Shipping Charges are calculated using Real-Time rates plus handling fees.
FedEx 3Day Expedited - Shipping Charges are calculated using Real-Time rates plus handling fees.
USPS Priority - Shipping Charges are calculated based on estimated dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is greater, plus handling fees.
We will send you a confirmation of receipt of your order via email, as well as tracking numbers where applicable. You can track your order by clicking Tracking Info and entering your order number and email address.
Delivery Options:
DHL SPE - SM Parcels Expedited: Available to the contiguous states and P.O. Boxes (including APO/FPO*). This option is only available for orders weighing less than 15lbs. Final delivery made by your local post office. These shipments have limited track and trace and are insurable. Your local post office makes the final delivery. 7-10 business days. *APO/FPO overseas deliveries can take up to 2 months.
FedEx Smart Post: Available when shipping in the US, including P.O. Boxes, US Territories, and Military/Diplomatic addresses. This option is only available for orders weighing between 8.1 ounces - 9 pounds (Over 9 pounds please provide a street address). These shipments are trackable and insurable. Your local post office makes the final delivery. 7-10 business days. Extended transit times for AK & HI. Please provide a recipient phone number for Rural Delivery (RD) addresses and for Star Route Assignment (SRA) addresses in Alaska. *APO/FPO overseas deliveries can take up to 2 months.
FedEx Ground: Available throughout all 50 states. Exceptions: FedEx Ground cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military/Diplomatic addresses. This option is only available for orders weighing 9.1 - 150 pounds. No hazardous materials to or from Alaska and Hawaii. Service for remote Alaskan locations and the Hawaiian islands of Lanai and Molokai is inbound only. These shipments are trackable and insurable. 1-7 business days. (Delivery Times 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S., 3–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.) Please provide a recipient phone number for Rural Delivery (RD) addresses and for Star Route Assignment (SRA) addresses in Alaska.
FedEx 2 Day: Delivery Area Available throughout all 50 states. Exceptions: FedEx 2 Day cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Delivery to Hawaii is 4 business days. There is no delivery window guarantee for delivery to Alaska. Please provide a recipient phone number for Rural Delivery (RD) addresses and for Star Route Assignment (SRA) addresses in Alaska. These shipments are trackable and insurable. Deliveries take 2 business days in addition to the 4-7 business days processing time.
FedEx 3 Day: Available to the 48 contiguous states. Exceptions: FedEx 3 Day cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military/Diplomatic addresses. These shipments are trackable and insurable. Deliveries take 3 business days in addition to the 4-7 business days processing time.
USPS Priority: Available when shipping anywhere in the US, including PO Boxes and including APO/FPO*. 3-7 business days. Up to $50 of insurance included with these shipments. *APO/FPO overseas deliveries can take up to 2 months.
DHL/DDP: Available when shipping to Canada. Shipping costs includes Duties if applicable. Your local post office makes the final delivery. Deliveries can take up to 20 business days.
